Order Cancellation

Before Shipment:

You may cancel your order any time before it is shipped. To cancel your order, please contact us through our Contact Page or Whatsapp as soon as possible. Once your cancellation request is confirmed, a full refund will be issued.

After Shipment:

If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, you may be eligible for a return or replacement as per our refund and return policy.

Herbal Sukoon reserves the right to cancel orders due to unforeseen circumstances such as stock unavailability, incorrect pricing, or issues with payment. If we cancel your order, we will notify you promptly, and a full refund will be issued.

Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

Products are eligible for a return And replacement if they are damaged or have an opened seal upon delivery. To qualify, you must raise a query within 12 hours of receiving the product.

Non-returnable Items

Products with opened seals (unless damaged) and any perishable items are not eligible for return.

Replacement Policy
